Boy Scouts get away from it all! They camp,
hike, and fish in the great outdoors. They get together in patrols, and try
out new experiences. Boy Scouting provides a program for community
organizations that offers effective character, citizenship, and personal
fitness training for youth.
The boy scouts of Troop 566 meet
as a group every Tuesday except the last Tuesday of the month at 7:30 PM, unless notified
otherwise, at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church. The Patrol Leaders'
Council meets on the last Tuesday of the month.
On January 23, 2010 The scouts of Troop
566 spent a cool weekend at Tanah Keeta scout camp where we hiked and canoed
the Loxahatchee River.
