Second Class Scout Hike

On February 7th, 2004 the Tenderfoot scouts took a five mile hike in the Florida Everglades to learn how a compass works and how to orient a map.

Where are we going? The Tenderfoot Scouts learned how to orient a map.	Hiking We took an enjoyable 5 mile hike in the Florida Everglades.	Leave no trace	Using a compass and a map Take bearings and plot our next direction.	Hiking the glades. The gang walks through the prarie.
	Tony says! There GRRRREAT!!!!	The final leg Do we go right or left, Tommy shoots the bearing.		The End These scouts were thhe first to reach the trails end.
